Once you've received your merchandise, before removing any tags, please be sure to confirm the items are "incorrect size" and "correct items as ordered”. If you received an "incorrect item", contact us within 3 days and we will make an exchange to a correct item or a refund if your item is unavailable.

Your order will be packed as best as possible using box and “Do not drop”, if you want to add bubble wrap, please inform us. Damage due to expeditions are beyond our responsibility.
